Product description

The Ready Dining Chair has been created by Matias Møllenbach and Nick Rasmussen for the brand Audo. Rasmussen and Møllenbach created Ready as part of their experiments with form-pressed materials. Possessing an eye-catching cantilevered design, it combines unexpected curves with exceptional comfort and will be a fine accent for dining rooms.

The Ready Dining Chair catches the eye immediately with its seat shell and back which seems to float in the air. The designers have been able to reduce the amount of support required by 3D modelling and the use of moulded form-pressed oak veneer, allowing them to create shapes that would not normally be possible. This seat arches elegantly, has a recessed back section, and curves slightly at the front. This complements the rounded natural oak base, which impresses with its diagonal rear legs.

The Ready Dining Chair measures 47.5cm wide and 50cm deep, with a height of 78cm and a seat height of 47.3cm. The economical use of materials keeps the weight low at 4.5kg. Both natural oak and red stained versions are available, plastic gliders are included, and the chair can be stacked if desired.
