Tolomeo Pinza LED Clip Spot

The Tolomeo Pinza LED Clip Spot has been created by Giancarlo Fassina and Michele de Lucchi for the brand Artemide. This lamp is part of the wider Tolomeo collection, a popular range of interior lamps based around minimalist aesthetics and adaptable cantilever structures. In this case, the designers have created a handy spotlight that can clip onto surfaces around the home, supplementing main lights or offering illumination for smaller spaces.

The Tolomeo Pinza LED Clip Spot has a cup-shaped diffuser which is characteristic of the Tolomeo family. This diffuser is made from anodised aluminium and it connects to a clip fastener via a hinged joint. Both the joint and fastener are made from aluminium as well, providing a secure hold while keeping the weight low. The lamp can be rotated and hinged at will, casting light wherever it is required.

Compact and easy to slip into awkward spaces, the Tolomeo Pinza LED Clip Spot measures 18cm wide and 23cm high. The power cable contains the on/off switch and feeds into the diffuser via the main clip, without leaving wires hanging loose.
