Product description

The E60 Stool Clear Lacquered Base has been created by Alvar Aalto for the brand Artek. It was designed in 1934 and continues to remain relevant and appreciated. This is thanks to its timeless style.

The E60 Stool Clear Lacquered Base gets this look from clean lines bare of embellishments. Instead, its beauty comes from the way lines are played against each other. The stool is made of solid birch and birch veneer sourced from Finland. Its seat is round and it is supported by legs that counter this shape. They are straight, solid bars with a curve at the upper edge where they are attached to the underside of the seat. Apart from adding an aesthetic touch, the L-shaped legs also make it possible to stack the stools for convenient storage.

The E60 Stool Clear Lacquered Base has a height of 44cm and a diameter of 38cm. It has a seat height of 44cm. The stool is available in different colours and finishes. Options include one that has a seat and base that both have a clear finish or those that have clear-varnished bases with seats that are lacquered in different colours. This includes neutral and bright, cheery ones.
