Product description

The Song Coatrack was created by the design trio of Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manel Molina for Arper.

The Italian label Arper produces innovative and functional furniture and accessories that always have a lightness of touch and appearance. Founded in 1991, Lievore Altherr Molina is a Spanish studio that takes a multi-disciplinary approach to design. Among its many prizes is the prestigious Spanish National Design Award.

The Song Coatrack was given its name as its arms and hooks resemble music notes suspended in space. This space-saving cloakroom tool is designed to take a lot of weight thanks to the size of its wooden square base plate. The stand and hooks are made of painted steel and aluminium. The arms can be twisted and turned to create dynamic and diverse compositions, allowing a free range to the imagination. This combined with the elegant outlines of the Song Coatrack make it a decorative as well as a functional piece that can easily take its place in any room of the home as well as in offices or public spaces. The square foot plate measures 43 x 43 cm and the coatrack is 177.5cm in height.
