Leaves, vines and flowers are a famous motif of Sansoni's designs, and those natural forms are used to great effect in the Fior d'Olio Olive oil taster. The curved, stem-like spout makes it easy to pour out the perfect amount, while the stopper helps to prevent the oxidisation of the precious oil. Like the tinted glass of the bottle, this helps to preserve the natural aromas and flavours. Any chef would be delighted with this, but we think it's best used at the table for dressing salads or drizzling over mozzarella and the freshest tomatoes.
