Product description

This elegant and ergonomic Vitra ID Soft Citterio Office Chair was created by Antonio Critterio for the Swiss firm Vitra.

Vitra was founded by Willi and Erika Fehlbaum in Birsfelden in 1950. A few years later, they began to manufacture innovative furniture under licence, notably items from the American designers Charles and Ray Eames. Over the years, they acquired the rights to create more home and office furniture and accessories from leading designers such as George Nelson and Alexander Girard along with the striking Japanese-style lamps of Isamu Noguchi.

Crafted from polyamide covered with polyurethane foam, this Vitra ID Soft Citterio Office Chair features adjustable padded armrests for comfort and an aluminium swivel base with castors for manouverability. It incorporates the company's patented FlowMotion mechanism, which helps the user achieve the ideal posture thus helping reduce strain and back discomfort. Measuring 92cm in height, 75cm in width and 76cm in depth, the Vitra ID Soft Citterio Office Chair offers comfortable, healthy and versatile seating options in all kinds of business settings such as offices and meeting rooms where people have to sit for extended periods.
