Product description

The Pantop Portable LED Lamp with Battery has been created by Verner Panton for the brand Verpan. The late Danish industrial designer Panton is remembered as one of the country's most influential designers of the 20th Century. He led the way with innovative, futuristic designs such as the 1980 Pantop Portable LED Lamp with Battery. The lamp's bell-shaped shade is mounted with the aperture facing downwards. The shade as well as the hemispherical base and stem are made of painted polycarbonate. The updated version uses modern materials and technology while retaining the lamp's classic design. It has been made more convenient for carrying from room to room and from indoors to outdoors. The lamp can keep going for seven hours. It has a three-level dimmer for adjusting the light intensity to the preferred level. The dimmer is made of brushed metal.

The Pantop Portable LED Lamp with Battery has a height of 30cm and a diameter of 18cm. It is supplied with a Micro USB charging cable that is 200cm long. It is available in a selection of neutral colours as well as several bold, bright colours for which the flamboyant designer was well known.
