The Storage Combo 158x200x30cm was designed by Nisse Strinning for the String company.

Since opening its doors in 1949, the company has been associated with fine, Scandinavian design. Founded by Nils ?Nisse? Strinning in response to a need for inexpensive bookshelves, the String range has expanded over the decades to produce cupboards, shelves and other storage furniture that customers can arrange into individual configurations. The company ethos has won it many awards and today, its creations are available worldwide.

The Storage Combo 158x200x30cm is a fine example of furniture produced by the company. It consists of a metal frame, shelves and cupboards, and plastic storage trays. Five shelves are included, two plastic storage trays, a magazine rest, a cupboard with doors opening sideways, and a set of draws opening horizontally. The entire unit measures 158 x 200 x 30 cm and to enable the homeowner to arrange these accessories for both convenience and visual interest, the two sides and the centre divider are laddered. The Storage Combo is not only useful, it will fit harmoniously into any domestic interior, where its handsome outline will create a presence either on its own or with other storage accessories.
