The stylish Mooon! LED Floor Lamp With Battery was designed by Tristan Lohner for the French manufacturer Fermob.

A winner of the Etoile du Design and the Red Dot, Lohner is a consummate creator for the modern world. He produces adaptable and ?hyper-accessible? objects ? the three ?o?s of Mooon symbolise a light that?s totally indoor, totally outdoor and totally versatile. But Lohner?s creations also stem from a love of classic European design and a schooling in the applied arts in Paris. He?s well matched with Fermob, who bring a unique joie de vivre to everything from boutique hotel interiors to elegant gardens.

Lohner himself has described the Mooon! LED Floor Lamp With Battery as, "slightly retro? there?s a certain romanticism to it." A classic, evocative style is built around the simple aluminium stand and its 25cm diameter globe, which houses dimmable, energy-efficient LEDs. Measuring 134cm in height and with a footprint of only 79 square centimetres, it?s lightweight, portable and perfect for indoors, on the balcony or in the garden. It comes with its own charging cable ? just like a phone ? and has a battery life of up to six hours.
