Bellevie Garden Chair

The Bellevie Garden Chair was designed by Pagnon and Pelhaître for the manufacturer Fermob. Based in the Ain region of France, this company has dedicated itself to elevating garden furniture into an art form. Pagnon and Pelhaître is a design agency founded by Patrick Pagnon and Claude Pelhaître in 1980. They are twice winners of the coveted Janus de l'Industrie Award presented by the French Institute of Design.

Reproducing the feel of traditional French furniture in modern industrial materials, the Bellevie Garden Chair from Fermob is 80cm in height, 55cm in width and 52cm in depth. Made from powder-coated recycled steel, it mimics the simple lines of the classic rustic upright chair, with the addition of a few subtle grace notes such as the rolled edges to the the seat and backrest, which add to the sitter's comfort. As is usual with this brand, the Bellevie Garden Chair is treated with a state-of-the-art weatherproof finish.
