Klint Standing Frame

The Klint Standing Frame has been created by ferm LIVING for the brand ferm LIVING. It is a unique accessory that will elevate the look of a space. A modern interpretation of the traditional picture frame, it is a different, distinctive way to display photographs.

The Klint Standing Frame is made of glass and travertine. It has a wedge shape with a straight edge at the top that broadens out to a base which forms the shape. It has a tactile texture because of the travertine stone which has a naturally rough surface. This is contrasted by the smooth round glass that is set in the middle of the frame. Photos can be inserted inbetween the glass and the stone or they can be stuck onto the glass with double-sided tape.

The Klint Standing Frame has a width of 18cm, a height of 18cm and a depth of 5.2cm. Travertine is a natural stone so there are minor variations between pieces. To avoid damaging the frame, the stone should not come into contact with liquids because its porous surface can be damaged. It should only be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth. It comes in a light-toned neutral colour.
