The Limited Edition CH24 Wishbone Chair Frame Beech has been created by Hans J. Wegner for the brand Carl Hansen. Wegner is remembered as a pioneer of modern Danish design. The Limited Edition CH24 Wishbone Chair Frame Beech evidences his design prowess and forms part of a limited edition collection commemorating over 70 years of Wegner's connection to Carl Hanson.

Also known as the Y-chair because of its Y-shaped detail on the backrest, the CH24 is a timeless design based around careful, thoughtful detailing. Apart from the wishbone or Y-shaped backrest, attention is drawn to the way the beech wood back and armrest were designed as a single piece, giving the chair exceptional stability and comfort. Then there is the woven seat. Crafted using 120 metres of paper cord, the seat is hand-crafted and visually sublime.

The Limited Edition CH24 Wishbone Chair Frame Beech has a width of 55cm, a height of 76cm and a depth of 51cm. It has a seat height of 45cm, an armrest height of 71cm and a backrest height of 76cm. Various colours are available to choose from. The tones have been meticulously curated by Ilse Crawford, taking inspiration from famous Danish painter Per Kirkeby. The result is an aesthetic masterpiece, reimagined for a new century.
