HAY offers the About a Chair collection with numerous, different chairs, so you may have free reign in designing your home, yet be able to combine the chairs with other already existing furniture. The About a Chair collection includes models without and with armrests, like the About a Chair armchair, or the About a Lounge Chair AA92 / AA93 for relaxing with a book or listening to music.
New in the collection is the Colour series of the About a Chair collection, which brings a splash of colour into your grey everyday life. With or without armrest, the About a Chair chairs set colourful accents in your home with nuances like mustard, bold red, or dark blue.
The construction of the chairs from the About a Chair collection is very simple, yet amazingly ingenious: About a Chair is basically only made of two parts – one base with legs and the seat shell. You have different (on request also individual) combination possibilities, e.g., besides the classic four-legged base made of wood in a glazed or natural version you can also order a swivelling aluminium base. HAY also offers different seat shells, either made of plastic or with upholstery for even more sitting comfort.
