Product description

The S1 Office Chair with Castors has been created by Sven von Boetticher for the brand Wagner. Its stand-out features and details won its designer three prestigious awards: the Reddot Award, German Design Award and the iF Design Award, all in 2022.

The S1 Office Chair with Castors is an artistic, technology-based interpretation of the classic swivel chair. One tech-driven feature is the Dondola joint which is concealed thanks to a new design. Known as Smart Dondola, it is a three-dimensional seat joint. It eliminates the rigid connection from the base and stimulates micro-movements when sitting which keeps pressure off the spine. It doesn't need any support. Rather, there are a pair of plastic outriggers that control suspension and restoration. For optimal back support, the backrest is wide and slightly curved. Seat height adjustment is enabled with an S1 lever underneath the seat.

The S1 Office Chair with Castors has a width of 41cm, a height of 84cm and a depth of 42cm. Its seat height is 43cm. It is available in neutral colours.
