Biophilia Oudoor Easy Chair

The elegant and distinctive Biophilia Lounge Chair was designed for the highly-respected and award-winning furniture manufacturer Vondom by the Welsh-born artist and designer Ross Lovegrove.

After graduating from Manchester Polytechnic with a first class honours degree in 1980, the young designer went on to study at the Royal College of Art, obtaining a Masters in Design. Since that time, Lovegrove has collaborated with a host of manufacturers, producing some award-winning pieces. Additionally, his work has been exhibited at numerous exhibitions and museums, including the Pompidou Centre, the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Guggenheim Museum.

Constructed entirely from plastic, the Biophilia Lounge Chair is durable, sturdy and robust, ensuring a long life. Nonetheless, the ergonomic design, rounded seats and high backrest ensure maximum comfort. Suitable for use on the terrace, in the garden or the by the pool, this beautiful chair will withstand inclement weather and is easily cleaned.
