Product description

The Tabata LN10 Wall Lamp has been created by Luca Nichetto for the label &Tradition. Italian industrial designer Nichetto crafts designs that fuse the worlds of Swedish and Italian design. Keen attention to detail, contemporary aesthetics and tech-enabled functionality are all themes of his work, and they can be seen in the imaginative Tabata LN10 Wall Lamp.

Tabata was inspired by the idea of creating a 'floating' lamp with an almost weightless look. To achieve this, Nichetto used lightweight cast aluminium with a powder coating and linked together three interconnected metal modules to create the exterior casing. The modules have different sizes with the largest one inverted and the two smaller ones upright. They complement each other, casting indirect light upwards and downwards. Inside the casing, Nichetto has integrated concealed acrylic diffusers and any wires have been tucked away as well. With the wires and canopy hidden, the lamp appears to float on the wall, just as the designer intended.

The Tabata LN10 Wall Lamp has a width of 15cm, a depth of 10cm and a height of 21cm. The lamp has a weight of 1.6kg and is available in black, burgundy and silk grey colours.
