The Pavilion AV5 Lounge Chair has been created by Anderssen & Voll for the brand &Tradition. Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design duo made up of Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll. Their teamwork in designing furniture, lighting, and home accessories has won them prestigious national and global accolades. The Pavilion AV5 Lounge Chair they designed for &Tradition is an illustration of their unexampled, exploratory approach to design. This lounge chair stands out with its graceful lines and curves. The backrest is curved inwards so the back fits into it and the well-sized seat is curved at the sides and edge where it slopes slightly beyond the frame. At the sides, the frame is raised to form armrests. The frame is fashioned from bent powder-coated steel tubes and the backrest and seat from form-pressed veneer that is finished with PU lacquer. The legs have gliders for easy moving of the chairs and to protect the floor they stand on.
