The Catch Chair JH1 Frame Black was designed by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon for &Tradition.
Born in 1974 in Madrid, Hayon has one of the most impressive careers in the recent history of modern design. Following his training in Madrid, he began work as a designer with Fabrica and was put in charge of the design department by Oliviero Toscani at only 24 years of age. In 2004, Hayon decided to develop his solo career, starting out in Barcelona and working on several projects whilst exhibiting his personal work in art galleries. Since then, he has experienced huge international success and recognition, receiving numerous design awards including the Elle Decoration Design Award and Designer of the Year.
The Catch Chair JH1 Frame Black has a bold contemporary design that instantly catches the eye. The stand-out jigsaw style chair and armrests provide a comfortable sitting experience, even during long periods of use. Standing at 88cm tall, 58cm wide, 59cm deep and with a seat height of 45cm, this chair has a practical size that offers generous seating space. At just 7.5kg weight, it is easy to move around and the durable wood and fabric construction makes it easy to clean and maintain too.
