Product description

The ATD1 Ottoman Frame Walnut has been created by Viggo Boesen for the brand &Tradition. The Danish brand works with in-house and independent designs who create modern, sophisticated pieces. The brand also goes back into history and brings back iconic pieces from master designers from previous generations. The goal with this is to ensure that Nordic industrial masters are remembered and cherished forever. The ATD1 Ottoman Frame Walnut falls in the latter group. It was designed by Boesen in 1938. It has a soft, fluffy look that is inviting and promises superior comfort. Its square-shaped top has a covering made of furry upholstery fabric from Dedar. The top has a frame of solid beech and plywood that is padded with HR foam over which the upholstery is applied. The top is supported by a wooden base that is made from oak or walnut that is finished with oil. The ottoman has rounded legs that offer a nod to the 1930s retro look. The legs are turned and CNC milled and have felt gliders underneath.

The ATD1 Ottoman Frame Walnut has a length and width of 53cm and a height of 37cm. A matching lounge chair from the same brand is available.
