Product description

The August Chair has been created by Vincent Van Duysen for the brand Serax. This designer is known for his appreciation of nature and the many pure forms that can be seen all around. His inclinations are represented by lines that are clean and uncluttered which always gives a refined, minimalist profile that is timeless.

The August Chair is made of lightweight and long-lasting aluminium. It is given colour and made weatherproof with powder coating. The chair has a wide backrest that is rounded. It hugs the back which provides optimal support and comfort. The curves also add a subtle decorative detail. It has a wide, square seat that is just as comfortable. The shell is supported by a frame made of tubular rods. The legs with gliders underneath are straight in front and outspread at the back which enhances its strength and stability.

The August Chair has a width of 49.4cm, a length of 49.4cm, a height of 85cm and a depth of 48.8cm. Its height is 45.5cm. It comes in neutral and earth-toned colours. Weatherproof padded and upholstered seat pads are available for purchase separately. The chairs are part of a collection of outdoor furniture that includes a matching table.
