Kushi LED Floor Lamp H 140cm

The Kushi LED Floor Lamp H 140cm was designed by Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella for the brand Kdln. The company, founded in 1996 just outside Milan, is dedicated to producing contemporary and innovative lighting. Using gifted designers and high quality materials, Kdln became a pioneer in bringing artistic creations into peoples homes. The expansion of the company saw their designs and innovations reflect the growing trends and tastes of international customers. Many of the collections produced have won awards around the world.

The Kushi LED Floor Lamp H 140cm is a dimmable free standing luminaire that consists of three metallic rods in a tripod-like formation. On top of each rod is a spherical diffuser made from two layers of hand blown opal glass. These spheres enable a soft, glare-free light in all directions which gently illuminates any room. The word kushi is Japanese for 'skewer', and the metallic rods give the impression they are skewering the glass spheres. The Kushi LED Floor Lamp H 140cm has a height of 140cm and a depth of 56cm at the bottom. The dimmer control is integrated into the power cord.
