The Bookworm 7 Wall Shelf has been created by Ron Arad for the brand Kartell.This wall shelf will turn you into a bookworm, literary, with its curved, coiled design. It is made of batch-dyed fire retardant PVC which is strong enough to hold your collection of books and will last a long time. While the Bookworm 7 Wall Shelf can be mounted in the configuration of your choice, a curved shape is helpful for keeping the shelf in tension and increasing its resistance or ability to bear a load once you put books on it. The shelf is mounted on the wall which saves floor space.

The shelf has a series of supports that hold a cluster of books in place on the shelf. It can take a load of approximately 22 pounds or 10kg between every support. The Bookworm 7 Wall Shelf has a width of 320cm and a depth of 20cm. It is available in semi-transparent black, batch-dyed aluminium, semi-transparent cobalt, semi-transparent bourdeaux and batch-dyed white. This wall shelf will make a functional and stylish accessory in a living room, a child's bedroom where it can hold their storybook collection or a bedroom that has a reading nook.
