The Aqu LED Lamp with Battery S has been created by Klaus Nolting for the brand IP44.de. Designed for outdoor use, Aqu is a truly exceptional work of modern lighting design. With its crystalline appearance and sensuously rounded form, this rechargeable lamp will make gardens and terraces even more enjoyable places to unwind.

The Aqu LED Lamp with Battery S takes the form of a broad-based bowl measuring 24cm in diameter and 23.1cm high. This bowl-shaped diffuser features rippled bands around the lower half, while the surface has been made from hand-blown crystal glass. Nolting has chosen to add a cast aluminium rim around the top of the lamp with an arched handle to make moving the Aqu LED Lamp easier - a handy practical feature to make the lamp more versatile.

Inside the diffuser, the Aqu LED Lamp with Battery S features a solar powered battery with three operating modes. Each one offers slightly different operating times and brightness levels. However, the lamp can also be charged via a 120cm cable. A dimmer is included in the design. The lamp has a built-in LED light source which cannot be replaced.
