Ehmanns and her partner Mathias Hey have brought felt back into the mainstream, using it for hundreds of eye-catching products, not least their table items. This particular coaster measures 40cm square and has elegant rounded edges. It is made from finely woven, densely packed felt, which has been produced using traditional German craft techniques. Being derived from 100% natural wool, it has excellent waterproof properties and is also completely sustainable - another benefit of using felt extensively.

Additionally, this attractive modern coaster comes with an anti-slip coating on the underside, keeping meals and hot drinks in place at all times. It's also very easy to wipe clean, and will last for years.
