The sumptuous Peas Rug is an in-house design for leading Danish manufacturer HAY.

Established in 2002, HAY is known for its commitment to bringing stunning products inspired by mid-century Scandinavian designs to today's homes. The company has now launched a new flagship collection, of which this rug forms an intrinsic part. Its design remains true to HAY's devotion to using natural materials to construct a product that is as beautiful as it is practical.

Handmade by Nepalese craftsmen, the Peas Rug is a textured creation made from hundreds of balls of pure wool and felt. Not only does the result feel wonderful underfoot, it is also extraordinarily easy to keep clean. Available in a selection of pleasingly muted shades and tones, it is a rug that will find a place in almost any design scheme and which works particularly well with other pieces from the HAY flagship range. With its underfoot softness making it perfect for somewhere in need of an injection of a little comfort, the Peas Rug is just right for any size of room as it is available in a choice of dimensions.
