The About a Chair 26 Armchair Frame Black is a classic piece from designer Hee Welling for the Danish furniture manufacturer HAY.

HAY is a contemporary and innovative furniture design and manufacturing company that employs only excellent designers for its quality range of home and office furnishings and accessories. Hee Welling runs the design studio Hee Welling Studio in Copenhagen, and his designs are Scandinavian in style and predominantly environmentally friendly. Wellington has won the BoBedre Design Award in Denmark and the Good Design Award in the USA.

The About a Chair 26 Armchair Frame Black clearly displays his minimalist style and forms part of the About a Chair collection from HAY that's characterised by clear lines and unobtrusive aesthetics. The seat is created from 100% recyclable polypropylene and rests on a steel frame. The ergonomically-designed armrests ensure comfort. The seat height is 46cm, while the frame measures 52cm in length and 59cm in width. With its stylish, minimalist style, the About a Chair 26 Armchair Frame Black will fit perfectly anywhere in the home, whether at the dining table, in the home office or as a handy seat in other rooms.
