Product description

The Private Side Table has been created by Space Copenhagen for the brand Gubi. The brainchild of Peter Bundgaard Rützou and Signe Bindslev Henriksen, the Danish brand takes an intuitive approach to design. This involves creating pieces that are designed to fulfill specific needs by being optimally functional and having detailing that makes them visually striking. This approach and the duo's abilities are showcased in the Private Side Table. Part of the Gubi Private Collection, this table has the customary Nordic clean, uncluttered lines which makes for a sleek profile. The table's generous dimensions mean it can hold a lot, from books and display pieces to knick-knacks. Inspired by Japanese design, the side table has one closed and one open shelf. These elements stand on a horizontal wooden slot and are wedged in with two vertical blocks. It is made of natural or dark oak, MDF and has brass hardware.

The Private Side Table has a height of 60cm, depth of 50cm and length of 40cm. The dimensions also make the table versatile enough to use as a bedside table or a side table in a living room or home office. The minimalist look also makes the table suitable for use with any existing pieces.
