Pacha Outdoor Ottoman

The Pacha Outdoor Ottoman has been created by Pierre Paulin for the brand Gubi. French industrial designer Paulin rejuvenated European design in the 70s with New Age-inspired designs based around flowing lines and unexpected details. With its eye-catching chunky cushion, the Pacha Outdoor Ottoman is a fine example of his achievements.

Originally designed in 1975 along with a matching chair and sofa, the Pacha Ottoman has been revamped for the outdoors with a special membrane interlayer that is resistant to water and extremely breathable, ensuring rapid drying after sudden downpours. The rounded surface of the Ottoman has been upholstered with water resistant Dedar Libera or Limonta Lorkey fabrics, while the cushion has been filled with soft, durable foam. Underneath the upper section, Paulin has added a discreet base which is also protected against the rain, while plastic glides stabilise the design in all conditions. A rain cover is included as well, providing additional weather protection.

The Pacha Outdoor Ottoman will be a place to sit or rest feet while enjoying outdoor spaces. It has a width of 72cm, a height of 35cm and a depth of 72cm, with a seat height of 35cm. It is available in light grey and beige colours, and has a weight of 15.4kg.
