Product description

The Ro™ Armchair Oak Base has been created by Jaime Hayon for the brand Fritz Hansen. Spanish artist and industrial designer Hayon does work that is somewhere between art, decoration and design. His pieces are finely crafted and intricate and have a renaissance yet contemporary look. His style and abilities are clear to see in the Ro™ Armchair Oak Base. This easy chair looks like two chairs in one. This is because of the layers it has, which provide double the support and comfort. Its elegant, graceful curves play up its aesthetics. The chair has a back that is wide and high. The backrest expands slightly and also curves to form armrests. On top of this shell is another layer that has a head pillow, a backrest and a cushion. These pieces, which are all well-padded with polyurethane foam and upholstered, add another layer of comfort. The chair has a base made of four legs made of solid oak with a clear lacquer finish.

The Ro™ Armchair Oak Base has a height of 113cm, a width of 80cm and a depth of 97cm. It has an armrest height of 61cm and a seat height of 43cm. It is available in a selection of colours from premium quality Christianshavn upholstery fabric from Fritz Hansen.
