Caboche Media Floor Lamp

The stunning Caboche Media Floor Lamp was made by Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto for the Italian company Foscarini.

Foscarini was established in 1981 on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy and the company is best known for its intricate and decorative lamps, winning several awards for its designs. The designers Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto have collaborated to create some of the most outstanding lighting pieces.

The Caboche Media Floor Lamp is a beautiful lighting fixture that is made of a circular shade studded with small transparent spheres that give it its unique appearance. Its diffuser is made of matted white glass that helps the lamp to give off a downward direct light. Its white satin lampshade aids the projection of light in a downwards direction and diffusing it to illuminate the entire room while being gentle on the eyes of users. The central illuminant's light is multiplied due to the specific arrangement and thus gives off special light effects. This lighting fixture is made of metacrylate spheres and hand-blown glass. It stands at a height of 154cm and has a diameter of 50cm.
