Cairn Centerpiece

The Cairn Centerpiece has been created by ferm LIVING for the brand ferm LIVING. It is a Sustainable Choice product. This is because it is made of FSC-certified wood.

The Cairn Centerpiece will indeed be the centre of attraction with its sculpturesque form. It is made of FSC-certified ash wood with a carbonised finish. It is done with heat that caramelises the sugars in the wood which brings out rich brown tones. Each piece has been sculpted into an irregular shape with a dip in the middle that provides a surface to display items. It is supported by round feet at each corner. They are also made of ash wood and are finished to match the top.

The Cairn Centerpiece has a length of 36cm, a width of 33.8cm and a height of 7.9cm. It can be used to hold fruit on a table or kitchen counter, or it can be placed on a console table by the entryway for placing items like keys. It can also hold small items like scented candles and small vases or potted plants. The piece will have a scent of charred wood because of the carbonising treatment. It will wear off with time.
