The Grace Bar Stool was designed by Philipp Mainzer for the brand e15.
Founded in 1995 by Philipp Mainzer and Farah Ebrahimi, e15 was named after the London postcode that was home to the brand's first workshop. Today, the company has a flagship store in Frankfurt, where the full range of progressively designed products is displayed. Mainzer uses both his German roots and London education in his designs, creating furniture with simple lines and a hint of industrial chic, each piece being handcrafted.
The Grace Bar Stool is part of the Grace seating collection. The stools come with and without backrests and are at breakfast bar height. A simple, essential shape, the frame is manufactured in steel with cross beams that offer stability and a place to rest the feet. The seat is ergonomically curved and generously sized at 43 x 43 cm. It's made from quality hardwood and left in its natural, oiled colour. The Grace Bar Stoolis delivered in one assembled piece ready to use. It is a versatile item that can be used in the kitchen, workshop or studio. Although beautiful on their own, the stools can also be used in multiples to great effect.?
