Forte Cushion Box M

The Forte Cushion Box M was designed by Sebastian David Büscher for the label Conmoto and will serve as a beautiful way to store your collection of soft furnishings.

Büscher is a contemporary German designer who made the move away from architecture and interior design to pure product design, focusing his eye for structure on everyday storage items like this Forte Cushion Box M. He has also mobilised his technical expertise, using exactly the right blend of materials to create a piece that is elegant, strong and weatherproof.

One of the great strengths of this Conmoto design is its resistance to rain and wind. The wood used has been treated to make it as waterproof as possible, while the top cover is made out of synthetic HPL laminate, which also keeps the cushions inside nice and dry. Additionally, the opening mechanism has been carefully crafted to ensure that the springs won't create tiny gaps to allow in moisture, which can ruin garden cushions.
