Product description

The 1 Fauteuil dossier basculant has been created by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand for the brand Cassina. This armchair makes a strong impression thanks to its striking form and the quality materials it is made of.

The 1 Fauteuil dossier basculant boasts a perfect balance between form and function thanks to a design based on the Modulor. This is a scale that is based on the human form. This design ensures the chair provides support right where it is needed. The armchair has a frame made of steel tubes finished with chrome plating. It has a backrest that is tilted backwards slightly and a seat that is dipped encouraging you to lie back and relax fully. The chair is upholstered with leather or fur which makes a striking contrast against the chromed frame. Armrests are formed with a band of leather attached to either end of the frame at the back and the front.

The 1 Fauteuil dossier basculant has a width of 60cm, a height of 64cm and a depth of 65cm. It has a seat height of 40cm and a backrest height of 64cm.
