Product description

The Big Shadow Floor Lamp has been created by Marcel Wanders for the brand Cappellini. Its design is inspired by abat-jour table lamps. It has been brought into the contemporary side with a covering of fabric over the upper part of the lamp as well as the base.

The Big Shadow Floor Lamp has a round shade made of viscose. The shade is supported by a stout stem made of chrome-painted metal with white polyamide. It is rounded, with a top that gradually broadens out to form a round base. It has an overlay of the same viscose fabric that the shade is made of. It has stands underneath that hold it steady on the floor. This imposing lamp works with two bulbs. It casts a soft, ambient light filtered by the fabric that lights up both the stem and the shade.

The Big Shadow Floor Lamp comes in three sizes. The smallest has a diameter of 56cm and a height of 120cm, the medium one has a diameter of 75cm and a height of 160.5cm while the largest one has a diameter of 94.5cm and a height of 198cm. It comes in neutral shades. It works with an E27 socket.
