Product description

The Lassen Armchair Textile has been created by Flemming Lassen, Magnus Sangild and Marianne Viktor for the brand Audo. Danish designer Flemming is remembered creating some of the a series of impressive furnishings during the 1930s and 40s Functionalist movement. This armchair is an updated version of one of his finest creations.

Revamped by Magnus Sangild and Marianne Viktorto honour Lassen himself, the Lassen Armchair Textile is marked by its wide backrest and wing-shaped armrests. The seat's rounded form emphasizes the graceful curves of the armrest, and the whole design is supported by a stainless steel shell. The legs are also made from tubular steel with the back ones outspread out for the benefit of added stability and durability. A layer of foam has been added above the frame, with premium-quality Kvadrat upholstery completing a stylish look. This Kvadrat Fiord fabric is made of a blend of 92 percent wool and 8 percent nylon.

The Lassen Armchair Textile has a length of 65cm, a width of 58cm and a height of 88cm, with a comfortable seat height of 46.5cm. It is available in different shades of grey and brown, and should slot into any interior setting.
