Product description

The Tolomeo Mega Terra Floor Lamp on/off has been created by Michele de Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina for the brand Artemide. Mega Terra is part of Tolomeo - a collection of lamps based around cantilever arms and minimalist aesthetics. This is a floor lamp with a hinged arm and a large fabric covered diffuser, which will work well in both domestic and office settings.

The Tolomeo Mega Terra Floor Lamp has a three part cantilever frame with three hinged joints. These joints enable the conical diffuser to be positioned in a variety of ways, while a wire-based structure stabilises the hinges and ensures that the light will remain pure and focused exactly where it's needed. The diffuser is covered in either parchment or satin material, while the frame is made from aluminium metal.

The Tolomeo Mega Terra Floor Lamp is available in three sizes. The lamp comes with shade diameters of 32cm, 36cm and 42cm, as well as widths of 103cm, 107cm and 113cm. In each case, the lamp is 238cm high and comes with a 33cm diameter base. The height can be adjusted via the hinges, a switch is included on the exterior, and the lamp takes a single E27 tube bulb.
