The Valerie Marie Lounge Chair has been created by Marie Michielssen for the brand Serax. Its beauty is in its simplicity. It uses different shapes and angles to create an aesthetic effect rather than embellishments. It is a look that is timeless.

The Valerie Marie Lounge Chair is made of lacquered steel. It has been shaped into a box-shaped seat and backrest. Rather than straight, the backrest is reclined. Apart from providing comfortable seating, it works to create an aesthetic effect. Another detail is added with the base. It is a round, full base that starts from underneath the seat and goes down to the floor. It extends to the outer side of the backrest where it forms a wedge-shape. The chair is supported by round legs which are almost completely concealed beneath the circumference of the base.

The Valerie Marie Lounge Chair has a width of 70cm, a height of 71cm and a depth of 50cm. Its seat height is 31cm and its backrest height is 71cm. It comes in neutral colours.
