The About a Chair AAC 12 2.0 Matt Lacquered Oak Base has a refined, minimalist aesthetic. Its single-piece shell is made of recycled polypropylene. It is a type of engineered plastic that is strong, hardwearing and weatherproof making the chair suitable for use indoors and outdoors. The backrest has a straight upper edge. The line continues downwards where it gently broadens out to form a wide backrest and seat that has subtle curves. The shell rests on a base made of solid oak. It has been shaped into a square-shaped support and four legs. They have gliders underneath and are outspread which gives the chair a larger surface area which enhances its strength and stability.
