This attractive and practical Buk Magazine Rack was designed by Rodolfo Bonetto for the Italian label B-Line.
Based in Rubano, Padua, B-Line has been turning out innovative home, office and contract furniture since 1999. Working with a team of talented designers, the firm has specialised in reviving iconic furniture from the past. Oustanding products include the Boby Trolley: the versatile and striking storage organising trolley on castors that was the handywork of Joe Colombo. Another gem from the same designer is the Multichair transformable armchair which features a blend of style and comfort to transform any home.
Originally designed all the way back in 1968, this Buk Magazine Rack is a fine example of the company's retro design aesthetic. Fashioned from hardy roto-moulded polythene, the rack features a striking U-shaped design. It's also modular in form allowing two or more units to be joined together for extra capacity. Measuring 35cm in height with a width of 18.5cm and a height of 35cm, the Buk Magazine Rack offers users plenty of space to keep their reading material, while also enhancing a room's décor with its vibrant colours and eye-catching form.
