The magnificent O LED Exterior Floor Lamp was designed by Elemental for the Italian company Artemide.
Artemide is an Italian design company founded in 1960 by Ernesto Gismondi and Sergio Mazza. The company has received global recognition in part due to collaborations with skilled artists and designers such as Elemental.
Elemental, which was launched in 2001, has been involved in the design and production of award winning lights such as the O LED Exterior Floor Lamp. This luminaire is an outstanding piece that won the prestigious Archiproducts Design Award in 2018. This lighting fixture is specifically made for outdoor use and the O-shaped ring is comprised of silicone and aluminium. The aluminium used to make this lighting fixture has an oxide coating that protects it from adverse weather conditions. The silicone provides it with watertight seals that protect the LED lighting system from moisture. When not switched on, the lamp blends into the background due to its design. It has a variety of sensors that enable it to provide illumination only when necessary, but to add to the lighting style choices it is fully dimmable. This lighting fixture stands at a height of 91.4cm and it has diameter of 90cm.
