The Spaze Double Bed with High Headboard 160x200cm is made of birch plywood. It is finished with CPL coating. The coating goes over the entire bed except the edges. This leaves the wood grain on show. It works to create a striking contrast against the coating. The bed's aesthetics are enhanced by monochrome surfaces that are just a little recessed. It has sides around the frame that slope and corners that are rounded. The element of space comes in with the drawers underneath the bed. They are almost hidden because they have no handles or pulls. Rather, they are opened using a push-to-open mechanism. It is a detail that adds to the bed's clean, sleek profile.
