Product description

The Pebble Rug 300x200cm has been created by Margrethe Odgaard for the brand Muuto. Danish textile designer Odgaard is on a perpetual quest for new ways to incorporate colours and patterns. She believes that the way colours are used and chosen can have a positive, uplifting effect on whoever is looking at them. For this reason, she gives patterns and colours careful consideration as she did with the Pebble Rug 300x200cm.It gets its name from its tactile surface that looks and feels like walking on a pebbled beach. It is woven by hand into soft woolen loops to achieve this look. The wool, which is sourced from New Zealand, is of premium quality and is used on 60 percent of the rug. It is supported by a strong canvas base that is made of cooling jute which comprises 40 percent of the rug.

The Pebble Rug 300x200cm has a length of 300cm and a width of 200cm. The monochromatic rug has a border in a darker colour than the colour of the rug. It is available in a choice of colours. The rug can be vacuumed gently and dry cleaned but it should never be washed in water.
