Satellight LED Table Lamp

The Satellight LED Table Lamp was designed by Eugeni Quitllet for Foscarini.

Foscarini is an Italian lighting company that has collaborated with many designers for over 35 years. Its brand values include freedom, passion and charisma, which they adhere to consistently. Spaniard Quitllet describes himself as mid-way between designer and dreamer, a mentality which can certainly be seen in his designs. A fascination with the feeling of weightlessness and imagining a world without the force of gravity inspires his unique creations.

The Satellight LED Table Lamp is naturally inspired by satellites in space. The glass globe is seen to be encased by the clear shade, representing the pull of gravity. With brilliant effect, you almost see the movement of the globe attempting to float off into space. This unique table lamp has a rather simplistic design yet it provides a powerful aesthetic. The entire structure of the lamp is made from blown satin glass, and the Satellight LED Table Lamp is available with an on/off switch or a dimmer. An 8W LED bulb is included, and the lamp measures 39cm in height and has a base diameter of 24cm.
