This inviting Kelim Squares Rug was designed for the Danish design brand Ferm Living.

Copenhagen-based Ferm Living was formed by Trine Andersen in 2005 initially to produce wallpaper, but the brand later found success with its striking line of posters. The firm has since expanded into a distinctive line of homewares that is inspired by the spirit of Scandinavian design coupled with the bold use of graphics. The company has a strong eco-responsible focus using natural materials such as cotton, wood and recycled paper along with metals and porcelain.

Distinguished by the firm's signature fusion of a subtle colour palette with bold abstract patterns, the Kelim Squares Rug also features stylish fringes at its edges. The rug is fashioned from 80% wool and 20% cotton for a feel that's both warm and sumptuously soft.
