Dokka Suspension Lamp

The Dokka Suspension Lamp has been created by Birger Dahl for the brand Northern. The late Danish industrial designer Dahl is considered a pioneer of modern Scandinavian lighting. During the mid-century, he made his mark on history with futuristic designs. He is remembered for designs such as the Dokka Suspension Lamp, which became one of the country's best-selling pendants ever. It was also the very first Norwegian lamp to win the very prestigious Golden Medal at the Milan Triennale. The pendant found a ready market when it was reissued by Northern. It has a bell-shaped shade made of lacquered steel that has a stylish brass ring at the top. This detail and the narrow tube above the ring make the shade look like a glass that has been turned upside down.

The Dokka Suspension Lamp has a diameter of 16.5cm and a height of 24.5cm. The ceiling canopy has a diameter of 12cm and a height of 5.5cm. Its cable has a length of 320cm. it is not dimmable. The appropriate lamp with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories. It is available in a selection of neutral and earthy colours.
