S 197 R Swivel Chair

The S 197 R swivel chair with aluminum frame and double castors is part of a series that was designed by Prof. Egon Eiermann in 1950, and has been manufactured by Wilde + Spieth ever since. It is equipped with a SERVOLIFT® gas spring and a mechanical seat tilting adjustment system for height and backrest adjustment. The seat and backrest are made of shaped beech plywood.

The chair is usually sent out with soft castors for hard floors, but can certainly be replaced by hard castors for carpets on request.
