The w181 Linier LED Suspension Lamp has been created by Dirk Winkel for the brand Wästberg. German industrial designer Winkel has carved a niche for himself in lighting and furniture. His approach to design is to break barriers and challenge convention to create innovative pieces that inspire. The w181 Linier LED Suspension Lamp is definitely innovative and inspirational. At first glance, it looks like a linear lamp. It is actually a suspension lamp with a geometric, minimalist body that encases very tightly packed separate optical systems that number 256. The lamp has a long linear lens that is recessed deeply into it. It also encases separate compartments for glare protection. It is because of these features that this lamp casts a warm, flare-free light that is also perfectly balanced. The lamp has inbuilt dimming knobs on both ends. Each knob can be adjusted independently.

The w181 Linier LED Suspension Lamp has a length of 173cm, a width of 18cm and a height of 8cm, while its cord is 300cm long. This unique lamp works well in homes over long surfaces like kitchen and dining tables and kitchen counters.
