The Rookie Office Swivel Chair Deep Black has been created by Konstantin Grcic for the brand Vitra. German industrial designer Gricic uses subtle aesthetics with geometric shapes and details such as unexpected lines and angles. That is true of the Rookie Office Swivel Chair Deep Black he designed for Vitra. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary office chair but it actually packs in a lot of features. The backrest and the seat are height adjustable so the seat can be used by more than one person. The plastic seat shell was made with injection moulding technology that extends it upwards at the back so that it supports the backrest. The backrest actually flexes when pressure is applied to it, and the front edge of the seat, filled with polyurethane foam, is uncommonly pliant. The base has castors that make it easy to move from one end of a desk to the other while seated.

The Rookie Office Swivel Chair Deep Black has a width of 68.5cm, a height of 71cm and a depth of 68.5cm. Its seat height is 36.5cm. This chair can be used in offices, home studies and kids' rooms, where they make for comfortable study sessions and perhaps some gaming afterwards.
