Between the 1930s and 1970s, Ray and Charles Eames dominated furniture design, forging a modernist path that has been copied by thousands of successors. Pioneering new materials like fibreglass and industrial resins, while making fine use of traditional elements, the Eames' were true design superstars, and the EA 117 Alu Chair Chromed Base is one of their finest creations.

Designed in the 1950s, the EA 117has an aluminium frame, ensuring a dazzling shine and lightweight feel.
